SERIES 2012 Side Event 56

Intertops is giving you the chance to take part in Side Event #56 ($1,500 No Limit Hold'em) at the 43rd World Series of Poker.

This 3 day event is scheduled for 2nd July 2012 and will be held in the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Last year’s tournament attracted over 3000 entrants and produced over $750k for the winner!

The tournament event that represents the prize is the $1,500 No Limit Texas Hold’em Live Event in the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada to take place as from the 2nd July 2012.
The prize includes $1,500 for travel & accommodation (subject to exchange rates) plus the $1,500 tournament buy-in. Any extras and upgrades are at the cost of the player.
The travel arrangements including flights, travel to venue, accommodation and visas are the sole responsibility of the player.

The Gold Card Exchange is unlike anything else in online poker, a place where players can sell their hard-earned rewards from the cash tables, the Gold Cards, and others can buy the missing Gold Cards they need to enter the daily lottery or special GC series tourneys, or speculate with future prizes on specific cards.

This allows you to make a good deal with your Gold Cards, be it as seller or buyer, depending on the trends of the last transactions, market demand and your skills as Gold Card trader, just as on any other exchange.

Trading Your Gold Cards

With The Exchange, you can sell your surplus Gold Cards or buy them to gain access to daily, high-value Gold Card Tournaments, for example if you are short of a certain Gold Card for an upcoming Gold Card Tournament.

Strategic buying and selling make it possible to make money without ever playing a hand.

1. Click on the Gold Cards tab in the Rewards section of the poker software, then on the Exchange graphics to the right which will open The Exchange in a separate window.
2. Choose ‘Sell Cards’ to put one card or your entire collection up for sale, or ‘Buy Cards’ to stock up your collection.
3. You can also keep an eye on the ‘Trends’ there and monitor your activity on ‘My Exchange’.

Loyalty Levels

Instant rewards program!

Loyalty Levels is the Intertops Poker instant rewards program that awards players with cash and Gold Chips for earning Frequent Player Points (FPP) to complete Tiers. Just as there is a designated number of FPPs to earn per tier, there are a designated number of tiers to complete to advance a level. As you advance through all 50 Loyalty Levels you will be completing multiple tiers before advancing, and of course, collecting multiple rewards within each level.

The Basics

» Each level has a set number of tiers within it. Lower levels start with one and increase as you progress to higher levels.
» Complete all the tiers in a level to advance to the next level.
» Every tier you complete pays out according to what level you are. The higher the level you are at, the more you make.
» Once you make it to a Loyalty Level, it is difficult to fall back. The only way you will go backwards is if you fail to earn enough FPPs over the course of two back-to-back months. In that case, you will be returned to level 10. You will NEVER lose a level if you are under level 11.

Turbo Tiers

We reward you every time you complete a tier, no matter how long it takes you. However, the faster you complete a tier the more rewards you will reap with Turbo and Super Turbo Bonuses.

You are eligible to receive Gold Cards as soon as you take a seat in any of our real money games. There are no minimum requirements necessary to earn Gold Cards - you might receive one on your first hand, even if you fold!

Gold Cards are released every time the table reaches a pre-determined rake amount; therefore you will see Gold Cards more frequently in higher-limit games. However, Gold Cards do appear at all levels and stakes. When the pre-determined rake is reached, our Random Number Generator will release one Gold Card at the table. When you earn a Gold Card, it will automatically be issued to your collection.

The value of each Gold Card is determined by how you use them. Some players like to redeem them directly by using them for instant cash on The Exchange while others use them to buy-in special Gold Card Tournaments. Each Gold Card has its own value based on its number, face or series (every year a new series) and you can check the odds of receiving each card using our Gold Card Odds chart.

You can view your personal Gold Card selection within your Reward portfolio when logged in at Intertops Poker. You can save new and old cards in your collection. The older cards may hold more value as the series roll along, but they never expire.

Frequent Player Points

Earnings for your loyality!

When a player is dealt cards at any real money cash game, he/she will earn 1 FPP for every dollar raked. In tournament play, he/she will earn 7 FPPs per dollar in tournament fees paid.

Cash Game: If a table was raked $2.35, all players at the table that where dealt cards will earn 2.35 FPPs.

Tournament: If a player registers for a tournament with a buy-in of $50+$5, the fee is the +$5 and the player earns 35 FPPs (7 FPPs x $5 fee = 35 FPP)

Cash Game: $1 Rake = 1 FPP

Tournament: $1 Fee = 7 FPP
